Centralized Study Assistant

About the role

The Centralized Study Assistant supports the coordination of study activities, ensuring smooth communication between participants, researchers, and administrative teams. This position combines customer service, data management, and document preparation to help maintain high‑quality study operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support to study participants and internal stakeholders.
• Enter, verify, and maintain study data in spreadsheets and databases.
• Prepare and format study documents, presentations, and reports.
• Assist the clinical research team with routine administrative tasks.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Proven fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year university student.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Data‑entry experience is a plus.
• Prior exposure to clinical research is advantageous.
