Zoho Specialist & Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Zoho Specialist and Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain our internal Zoho One ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into automated workflows that improve efficiency across the organization while ensuring data integrity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom end‑to‑end automations across Zoho CRM, Books, and Creator.
• Write and optimise Deluge scripts for complex logic, API integrations, and data triggers.
• Build sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to eliminate manual tasks.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party tools using REST APIs and middleware solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Act as the internal technical lead for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or Automation Engineer within the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Strong background in business process mapping and translating operational needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics)
