Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

This position is an entry‑level opportunity to start a career in talent acquisition within a global technology company. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
