Young Professional – Data Entry (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company with more than 15 years of experience delivering solutions to companies such as Google and Silicon Valley startups, is looking for a Young Professional in data entry. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in data management within a global company, supporting the accuracy and integrity of business information while developing attention to detail and organisational skills alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update and maintain data across internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Review and verify incoming data for completeness and correctness, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Assist in organising and filing digital records so they remain accessible and well structured.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather, consolidate and validate data from multiple sources.
• Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries based on available data.
• Take part in process improvement initiatives aimed at improving data quality and entry efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong interest in data management, administrative operations or back-office roles.
• Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
