About the role

We are seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, scroll‑stopping videos for paid‑social campaigns. Working closely with the Paid Social team, you will create platform‑native content that is on‑brand, conversion‑focused, and consistently high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage into compelling narratives, handling transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh and effective.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• 2+ years of video editing experience for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing range, storytelling, and creative judgment.
• Deep familiarity with short‑form and long‑form content formats and platform specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Understanding of codecs, export settings, and platform optimization.
• Experience using Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace (GSuite).
