Over de functie
Als tutor voor de opleiding Estética Integral geef je les op tertiair niveau en draag je bij aan de professionele ontwikkeling van studenten in de schoonheidsbranche. Je werkt van maandag tot en met zaterdag van 8.00 tot 12.00 uur.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Plannen, organiseren en beheren van lesactiviteiten en studiemateriaal.
- Geven van theoretische en praktische lessen in Estética Integral.
- Begeleiden van studenten bij hun projecten en stages.
- Evalueren van leerresultaten en geven van feedback.
Gewenst profiel
- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als docent op tertiair niveau in Estética Integral.
- Minimaal vier jaar werkervaring in de schoonheids- of esthetieksector.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om kennis over te dragen.
- Beschikbaarheid voor een ochtenddienst van maandag tot zaterdag.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Kennis van esthetische behandelingen en technieken.
- Ervaring met lesgeven en curriculumontwikkeling.
- Organisatorisch talent voor taak- en tijdsbeheer.
