About the role
The company is looking for a bilingual Travel Advisor who will support its sales team and provide expert travel advice to private clients and agencies. The position is full‑time and based in Quito, starting 15 August 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by advising and supporting private and agency clients in both Spanish and German.
- Prepare, customize and execute travel offers according to client needs.
- Deliver travel advice and information via telephone and written communication.
- Conduct marketing activities and establish contacts with new agency partners.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and German; additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian, English) are a plus.
- Strong commitment, high workload capacity and excellent intercultural communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with common PC applications: Windows 7, email clients, web browsers (Firefox), Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
