About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Toddlers Teacher to join our early years team at Colegio Menor Quito, part of Nord Anglia Education. Colegio Menor is a private PG‑12 liberal arts school founded in Quito in 1995 under the principles of goodness, beauty and truth. With an English immersion programme, highly experienced teachers and customized learning experiences, the school offers a unique work environment that builds intelligent, well‑rounded thinkers, makers and doers. The role involves delivering our English immersion programme to young learners in a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive and learn.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate English immersion lessons for toddlers.
• Create a safe, happy and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Promote the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils in accordance with school policy.
• Embrace and respect the diversity of race, abilities, religions, genders and cultures.
• Collaborate with experienced teachers to provide customized learning experiences for toddlers.
• Support the school’s mission of building intelligent and well‑rounded thinkers, makers and doers.

Required profile

• Qualified early‑years educator willing to work with young children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
• Willingness to undergo national and international vetting procedures, including criminal record checks for the past ten years.
• Alignment with the school’s values: Be Good, Be Truthful, Be Kind.
