About the role

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell American Airlines air travel, preparing itineraries and computing fares.
• Issue tickets, process refunds, and handle general travel inquiries.
• Reconcile auditor coupons with cash, checks, and credit‑card vouchers, calculating total revenue received.
• Perform personal audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision to meet daily sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Education and prior experience in reservations or ticketing.
• Knowledge of reservation systems, specifically Sabre.
• Average oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet public‑contact profile standards.
• Capability to conduct personal audits and work autonomously.
