Técnico Operativo / Auxiliar de Campo

About the role

The company is looking for a Field Technician / Auxiliary to support inventory management of fixed assets and warehouse materials. The role involves on‑site physical verification, data capture using a mobile application, and labeling of assets with barcodes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts at offices and operational sites using a mobile app.
• Apply barcode identification labels to movable and immovable assets, ensuring proper adhesion and visibility.
• Capture photographic evidence of each asset and its label.
• Record responsible personnel, generate physical verification reports, and manage custodian signatures.

Required profile

• Residence in Quito (preferably northern sector, but not mandatory).
• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree) with official Ministry of Education registration; engineering or technology students are preferred.
• Any gender.
• Own a smartphone running Android 11 or higher.
• At least 3 months of documented experience in physical inventory, data collection, or asset counting.

Required skills

• Android 11 operating system on a personal smartphone.
