Technology Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Technology Teacher to join our international school community at Colegio Terranova. The role involves planning and delivering technology lessons, supporting student learning, and collaborating with staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, share plans with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, and prepare necessary classroom materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grade books, enter grades promptly, and design monthly assessments for each topic.
• Supervise playground duties, record daily attendance, and manage homework boards.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department and Academic Coordinator to support students with academic, behavioral, or special needs.
• Participate in teacher meetings, institutional workshops, parent meetings, and school activities.
• Promote open communication with students and parents, encouraging involvement in school committees and events.
• Ensure classroom decor reflects lesson content, holidays, and school projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, reading, and writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office skills.
