Technical Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Hostinger is looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist to help creators and entrepreneurs succeed online. You will work with our AI agent Kodee and a global customer base, solving complex technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience across our suite of products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and ticketing systems, diagnosing root causes and guiding users to resolution.
• Provide product knowledge across websites, domains, email, billing, and builder tools.
• Identify bugs and give feedback to improve the AI agent Kodee.
• Participate in peer‑to‑peer learning sessions, sharing expertise and receiving coaching.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows, address recurring pain points, and enhance AI‑driven processes.
