Technical Account Management Manager (EMEA)

About the role

As the Manager of the Technical Account Management (TAM) team for the EMEA region, you will combine deep technical knowledge with customer‑success expertise to drive value‑focused engagements. You will remove operational obstacles, ensure consistent service delivery and align your team’s work with Camunda’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of TAMs, overseeing day‑to‑day performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Guarantee consistent execution of TAM services across the customer base, maintaining quality and alignment with defined engagement models.
• Identify and eliminate operational blockers so TAMs can focus on delivering customer value.
• Support customers in accelerating adoption, expanding usage and protecting existing value of Camunda’s platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services and Product teams to ensure a seamless, value‑driven experience.
• Align team activities with company goals and contribute to process improvement and best‑practice development for the TAM function.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Technical Account Management, customer success or a related technical customer‑facing role.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience with a proven ability to coach and develop technical teams.
• Strong technical foundation, typically backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to use Camunda’s product platform.
