About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. You will work remotely, partnering with internal stakeholders to source, evaluate, and place top‑tier technology professionals across a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of openings.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined criteria, maintaining a high‑quality talent pipeline.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase relevant experience effectively.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
