Tech Lead – Sanity CMS (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join a U.S. client’s engineering team on a remote, project‑based basis. You will work closely with designers and engineers to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migrations and shape the overall architecture of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Sanity CMS migration projects, including content modeling, data mapping, transformation, and migration tooling.
• Define and enforce architecture decisions for backend services and API‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, content, engineering) to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems, RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams through complex technical initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles driving architecture and team delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Extensive production experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven track record of large‑scale Sanity CMS migrations.
