About the role
We are looking for a Talent & HR Specialist to drive our talent acquisition efforts, enhance employee engagement, and support day‑to‑day HR operations. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing top talent while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates across multiple job platforms.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate virtual interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and training processes.
- Maintain HR records, recruiting databases, and pipeline tracking.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll support and compensation tracking.
- Create job postings and recruitment marketing content.
- Support day‑to‑day HR administrative operations.
- Build partnerships with external vendors and staffing resources.
- Assist leadership with hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Required profile
- Strong recruiting and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
- HR or recruitment experience preferred but not required.
