About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing and securing senior‑level leadership talent for the company and its clients, primarily in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to gauge qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Leverage professional networks and market research to source high‑caliber talent.
• Document recruitment activities and candidate interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and assessment capabilities.
