Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, assess fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online information to evaluate general suitability.
• Contact candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate profiles, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Talent for building rapport with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
