Supervisor de Recepción y Despacho

About the role

The company is looking for a Supervisor of Reception and Dispatch to coordinate incoming shipments, outgoing dispatches, and inventory control in Machala, Ecuador. The role ensures operational efficiency, traceability, and timely deliveries while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective operation of reception, storage, and distribution processes, complying with quality, traceability, and record‑keeping standards.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and control operation times, order, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse team.
• Report incidents to the Warehouse Coordinator and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑prevention policies.
• Maintain adherence to Good Storage Practices (BPADT) and the organization’s Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Experience with inventory control procedures and handling of products under Good Storage Practices (BPADT).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage and supervise operational work teams.
• Residence in Machala or willingness to work on‑site.
