Supervisor de Campo TGI

About the role

We are looking for a Field Supervisor (TGI) to lead and coordinate our survey operations across Ecuador and support regional market‑research projects in Latin America. The role ensures high‑quality data collection through face‑to‑face, telephone (CATI) and online surveys while maintaining close communication with providers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise interviewers and CATI field staff, guaranteeing procedural compliance and data quality.
• Review digital questionnaires, identify variable inconsistencies and treat outlier data promptly.
• Conduct telephone supervision of surveys performed by the field team.
• Train CATI personnel and manage incentive distribution.
• Generate daily field‑progress statistics and reports.
• Set activity schedules, lead follow‑up meetings with interviewers, and maintain the Power Apps field‑control application.
• Support online field management: monitor start‑up, produce progress reports with providers, and ensure proper link flow before soft launch.
• Prepare project guide documents, configure quotas in field platforms and Power BI, and validate final IDs and databases.
• Implement control processes for incident communication, correction and predictive modeling to estimate field closure.
• Track regional timelines, propose process improvements and keep area instructions up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Technical or administrative education (technician, technologist or related degree) with interest in statistics or data analysis.
• 1‑2 years experience coordinating/supervising field operations, CATI/CAPI surveys or quantitative projects; online field experience valued.
• Demonstrated leadership managing a team.

• Intermediate‑advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Power BI.
