Student Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

ELVTR is looking for a dedicated Student Care Representative to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for students, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable learning experience across live online courses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students via phone, email, and chat.
• Encourage and maintain student‑to‑student interaction to build a supportive community.
• Act as a liaison between students and instructors, facilitating clear communication.
• Assist during live classes, offering real‑time help to both instructors and learners.
• Identify and resolve technical or procedural issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• High cognitive ability to understand sophisticated educational products.
• Comfortable presenting on Zoom and engaging with learners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Comfortable navigating Zoom and performing minor technical troubleshooting.
