Structural BIM Technical Expert – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Structural BIM Technical Expert to join our remote LATAM team. You will work on real structural BIM projects, ensuring that models, drawings, and construction documents are accurate, coordinated, and buildable.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate structural BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts, coordination issues, and constructability concerns.
• Support project teams with structural expertise during design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, BIM coordinators, project managers, and clients on complex projects.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and constructability assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, BIM detailing, or construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Upper‑intermediate English or higher; daily communication in English.
• Immediate availability and full‑time commitment.
• Own computer or laptop.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit modeling for structural projects.
• Experience with Navisworks (nice to have).
• Structural BIM workflow expertise.
• QA/QC and constructability review capabilities.
• Understanding of LOD 300–400 development.
