Strategic Project Lead (Remote/US/LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Strategic Project Lead to own and grow relationships with AI lab partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, turning pilots into ongoing production work and expanding the book of business across the US and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted senior contact for lab partners via Slack and calls.
• Identify next‑step needs, scope engagements, and create Statements of Work.
• Convert pilot projects into production contracts and continuously grow the account.
• Oversee delivery outcomes through Human Data Managers, ensuring quality and reputation.
• Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin; involve the CEO or subject‑matter experts when needed.
• Monitor partner roadmaps, surface new opportunities, and feed insights back to the Human Data Evals Lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a client or partner relationship and expanding it.
• Background in a customer‑facing technical role such as delivery lead, TAM, or account manager.
• Comfortable discussing AI/ML data, model evaluation, and benchmarking with senior technical buyers.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

• 5+ years in account management, engagement management, technical delivery leadership, or partnerships.
• Recent exposure to AI/ML data, model evaluation, or benchmarking.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
