Spanish Content Writer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native Spanish Content Writer to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will provide high‑quality Spanish text that guides model learning, reasoning and performance. The role combines linguistic expertise with detailed quality monitoring in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues and provide feedback through Discord DMs.
• Update trainers and QA contributors on new guidelines, project changes and workflow updates.
• Answer questions about Spanish wording, grammar, tone, register, cultural context and regional variations.
• Activate and manage inactive contributors, track follow‑ups and flag availability concerns.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, honeypots and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and deliver onboarding and training sessions for new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for following guidelines and communicating with the team.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or AI training.
• Familiarity with both Latin American and European Spanish variants and ability to specify supported variants.
