Spanish Content Writer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native Spanish Content Writer to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure that Spanish language data meets high quality standards, supporting both Latin American and European variants.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues, and provide feedback through Discord and other channels.
• Communicate updates, guidelines, and workflow changes to trainers and QA reviewers.
• Answer language‑related questions promptly, covering grammar, tone, register, and cultural nuances.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging participation and tracking availability.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and deliver onboarding and training sessions for new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and communicate with the team.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, accents, tone, register, and cultural context.
• Ability to work with both Latin American and European Spanish variants and specify supported variants.
• Experience leading or supporting remote language‑review teams is a strong plus.
