Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer

About the role

Source Meridian is seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join its growing engineering team. You will help maintain highly available production environments, improve system reliability, and support cloud‑native infrastructure for healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards.
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes.
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality.
• Support cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in on‑call rotations with an incentive bonus for participation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
