SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Quito. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility and driving qualified traffic for a range of client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, competitive analysis and develop tailored SEO strategies.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings and content.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO‑friendly copy.
• Monitor, analyze and report on organic traffic, rankings and conversions using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools.
• Perform regular technical audits to fix crawl errors, broken links and improve page speed.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through ethical outreach and partnership initiatives.
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
