Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs across distributed teams. You will be responsible for keeping dependencies, risks, and milestones visible from kickoff through delivery while communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, ensuring alignment across distributed teams.
• Track and manage program dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and clear communication on program status.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and remove blockers to keep programs on schedule.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
