Senior Systems Support Engineer (Advanced English)

About the role

As a Senior Systems Support Engineer you will ensure the operational efficiency, stability and availability of complex application systems for our clients. You will work on incident management, DevOps practices and continuous delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incident processes, monitor application metrics and generate corrective action reports.
• Debug business‑impacting issues across complex application architectures.
• Apply standards and best practices to improve system stability and availability.
• Use continuous delivery pipelines to deliver high‑quality software quickly.
• Leverage logging techniques for alerting, monitoring and root‑cause analysis.
• Deploy and operate software using DevOps tools and practices.
• Mentor less experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.
• Apply emerging technology concepts from the internal Technology Radar to solve client problems.

• Active presence in the external tech community (speaking, open‑source contributions, blogging).
• Resilience when working in ambiguous environments.
