Senior Software Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a fully remote team focused on building robust, AI‑enabled software systems. You will work across the full development stack, create reliable test suites, and help raise engineering quality across complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain modern software environments, including codebases, infrastructure, documentation, and ticketing systems.
• Write and sustain automated functional and integration test suites that validate system behavior.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Define engineering tasks and validation criteria for complex software scenarios.
• Contribute to internal documentation, engineering standards, and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience working across backend, API, and frontend layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
