Senior Salesforce Administrator – Remote Work

About the role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will own the configuration, security, and data integrity of BairesDev’s Salesforce platform. Working remotely, you will translate business needs into scalable, declarative solutions that keep the CRM reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows using Flow Builder and other declarative tools.
• Manage platform security, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, conduct audits, and oversee integrations.
• Create documentation and enablement programs to drive user adoption.
• Lead the end‑to‑end release lifecycle: sandbox strategy, testing coordination, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CRM functionality with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201); Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions while managing stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
