Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. The role is fully remote and supports scalable business operations for a global technology services company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows using Flow Builder and other declarative tools.
• Manage platform security, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Maintain data quality and integrity through monitoring, auditing, and integration management.
• Develop documentation and enablement programs to drive user adoption.
• Oversee the full release lifecycle: sandbox strategy, testing coordination, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize CRM functionality and align the platform with business goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification; Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
