About the role
Camunda is looking for a Senior Sales Productivity Manager to join its Enablement team for North America. In this role you will partner with sales leadership to design and deliver onboarding, training and productivity programs that help Account Executives and ADRs close deals more effectively. You will work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, pre‑sales and people teams to ensure sellers have the right playbooks, tools and knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with NA sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for AEs and ADRs.
- Design, launch and scale onboarding, sales plays, training workshops and coaching programs.
- Create and maintain playbooks, frameworks and assets for customer conversations.
- Partner with product, product marketing and marketing to communicate product features, use cases and positioning.
- Track adoption, completion and business impact of programs using data and KPIs, and report results to leadership.
- Support managers in organizing events and meetings that foster cross‑functional collaboration and skill development.
- Act as a connector across regions, sales, customer success, product, marketing, pre‑sales and people teams.
- Travel at least once per quarter.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement or sales productivity roles.
- Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring program impact through KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to use Camunda’s platform.
