Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects remotely. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project consistency.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Achieve financial objectives through budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry background with strong knowledge of Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to motivate diverse teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
