Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff augmentation projects remotely. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Achieve financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic plans for implementing technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry experience with deep knowledge of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
