Senior Product Designer – Figma & Cloud Cursor (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create high‑impact digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and contribute to design discussions.
• Design complex digital experiences from concept through delivery.
• Develop and maintain design systems using advanced Figma features.
• Incorporate AI tools such as Cloud Cursor into design workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Prepare assets for developer handoff and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver on sprint commitments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design and visual quality.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Cloud Cursor or similar AI design tools.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
