About the role

CEO Lawyer is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Intake Lawyer to act as the legal subject‑matter expert for its Intake Department while also driving client conversion. The role blends deep personal‑injury law expertise with strong communication and sales abilities to ensure accurate case assessment and high conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal resource for Intake Specialists, answering legal questions, assessing case eligibility, and guiding issue resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on personal‑injury statutes, state‑specific requirements, and industry best practices, and disseminate updates to the intake team.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of representation and aiming for at least 10 signed clients per week.
• Assist Intake Specialists on complex or high‑value consultations to improve closing percentages.
• Take ownership of pending and under‑review cases, ensuring smooth transition to the litigation team.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in a country outside the United States.
• Minimum of 4 years experience handling personal‑injury cases and case management.
• Proven ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently.
• Demonstrated success in sales, client intake, or relationship management.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement capabilities.
