Senior NLP Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge natural language processing solutions. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, turning complex linguistic requirements into scalable machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune transformer‑based architectures such as BERT, T5 or GPT for a variety of linguistic tasks.
• Develop and optimise models for text classification, tokenisation and embedding generation using Python and deep‑learning frameworks.
• Leverage the Hugging Face ecosystem to adapt large language models to specific business needs and deploy them in production.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable NLP pipelines capable of processing large volumes of unstructured text.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate NLP and LLM capabilities into existing services.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in machine‑learning engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Proven track record implementing transformer‑based models (BERT, T5, GPT).
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands‑on experience with tokenisation, embeddings and text‑classification techniques.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Advanced English proficiency.
