Senior Media Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Manager with a focus on healthcare to join our growth‑marketing team. In this position you will partner with the Media Supervisor to shape strategy, lead client conversations, and uncover testing and growth opportunities across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Media Supervisor to develop and refine media strategies for healthcare clients.
• Lead day‑to‑day campaign management, monitor performance drivers, and optimize spend with data‑backed recommendations.
• Support the Associate Media Director in media planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Work closely with creative teams to produce new assets, messaging, and concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale paid media campaigns, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
