Senior Media Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Senior Media Manager will work closely with the Media Supervisor to shape strategy and planning for healthcare clients. You will lead client conversations, reinforce strategic direction, and identify testing or growth opportunities while managing day‑to‑day campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Media Supervisor to develop media strategies and plans.
• Lead client meetings, present recommendations, and drive strategic discussions.
• Support the Associate Media Director in media planning and campaign oversight.
• Own daily campaign management, analyze performance drivers, and optimize spend.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new assets, messaging, and designs.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing media campaigns at a senior level, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
