Senior IT Recruiter (Executive Search) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead executive‑level talent acquisition for its global, fully remote team. You will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing C‑Level and senior executives for high‑impact technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for senior and executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders, HR partners, and prospective candidates.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies targeting C‑Level talent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including executive or C‑Level hiring.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
• Self‑managed, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
