Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join our growing technology team in Quito. You will design, build and own modern web platforms that support critical business operations, working from the user interface down to cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production‑grade full‑stack applications.
• Build modern front‑end experiences using TypeScript and frameworks such as Svelte, Angular or React.
• Develop backend services with Python (FastAPI), asynchronous programming and modern API design.
• Create REST, WebSocket, gRPC and event‑driven services as needed.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization and third‑party integration layers.
• Design scalable data models and ensure efficient data flows.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested and well‑documented code.
• Implement observability through logging, monitoring, metrics and alerting.
• Participate in architectural discussions and make technical decisions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and cloud infrastructure.
• Debug production issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and deliver long‑term solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior full‑stack engineer.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack from UI to cloud services.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to own projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product, operations and leadership teams.
