About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join Toptal’s new product team. You will shape the user experience of a first‑class internal application, working autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain reusable, reliable, and testable TypeScript code.
Build and evolve a monorepo application using React, Apollo GraphQL and Next.js.
Review peers’ code, mentor teammates and contribute to improving team processes.
Identify technical debt, propose enhancements and ensure high quality, accessibility and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest usability improvements.

Required profile

5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
Strong product mindset with a focus on solving real business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Team‑player attitude, willing to unblock peers and share knowledge.
