Senior Consumer Insights Manager – Americas

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join its Research Consulting Team in Latin America. You will guide B2B clients through the full market‑research lifecycle, from methodology selection to storytelling‑driven presentation of insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner for clients, advising on study design, questionnaire creation and data analysis.
• Design research projects, define target groups, sample sizes and select appropriate quantitative methods.
• Build bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff and conjoint.
• Set up fieldwork on the Appinio platform and integrate AI tools across research steps.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports.
• Present insights with a strong storytelling focus, collaborating closely with sales on project scoping.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to the strategic development of the consulting team and product roadmap.

Required profile

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end market‑research experience serving B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work across diverse research techniques.
• Experience creating client‑ready presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and delivering actionable insights.
