Senior Change Manager – Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our leading change and transformation consultancy. In this client‑facing role you will translate strategic visions into tangible outcomes, guiding organisations through complex transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the change management strategy, plan and delivery for transformation programmes.
• Develop and refine change management plans, stakeholder communications, engagement and training strategies.
• Coordinate logistics for client workshops, training sessions and engagement activities, documenting outcomes and actions.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments.
• Design and execute communication, engagement and training plans.
• Drive organisational readiness through assessments, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess and mitigate change‑related risks and adoption barriers.
• Monitor adoption, utilisation and proficiency metrics to evaluate change effectiveness.
• Partner with programme teams to align change activities with project objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions and stakeholder forums.
• Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders and sponsors on best practices.
• Report progress, risks and adoption outcomes to programme leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services or Big 4 consulting.
• Proven track record on large, complex consulting engagements with senior‑level client executives.
• Ability to travel for client requirements and personal development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for uncovering growth opportunities.
• Strong credibility, consensus‑building and collaborative skills with clients and teammates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
