Senior Campaign Developer

About the role

Digital Alchemy is seeking a Senior Campaign Developer to lead the design, build, QA and deployment of data‑driven marketing campaigns for our global clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients translate business requirements into effective, automated campaign solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and launch end‑to‑end marketing campaigns on automation platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance and optimisation recommendations for new and existing campaigns.
• Introduce and champion new technical capabilities that drive incremental results.
• Coordinate communication between analytics, data, channel and technical teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and iterate on campaign tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing full‑cycle marketing campaigns on automation platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database querying.
• Experience building multi‑channel, data‑driven campaigns.
• Familiarity with big‑data environments and customer‑lifecycle frameworks is a plus.
