Senior AI/ML Engineer – LLM & NLP Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the creation of core machine‑learning systems and AI‑driven automation. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate ambiguous product goals into concrete engineering solutions, focusing on large‑language‑model (LLM) applications, natural‑language‑processing pipelines, and intelligent workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM‑based applications and fine‑tune models for domain‑specific use cases.
• Build NLP pipelines that extract structured data from complex, unstructured documents.
• Translate vague product ideas into clear technical and ML execution plans.
• Prioritize development work using product signals, user feedback, and backlog input.
• Create evaluation systems, automated benchmarking pipelines, and performance metrics tied to real‑world outcomes.
• Implement feedback loops that use user corrections for continuous model improvement.
• Apply computer‑vision techniques to extract data from PDFs and scanned files.
• Develop AI agents that interact with web systems via Playwright or Selenium.
• Construct scalable ML infrastructure covering training, inference, and monitoring.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Python development experience.
• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering roles, with strong experience in LLM‑based systems.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and turn undefined problems into actionable plans.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English communication skills.
