Senior Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and product managers on AI‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives for AI‑native SaaS and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in an agile environment to translate requirements into high‑fidelity designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and handoff workflows.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate design exploration and iteration.
• Ensure accessibility, interaction design, and information architecture standards are met.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑centric, complex platform experiences.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and deliver on commitments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum teams.
