Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will close large, complex deals, nurture high‑value client relationships, and collaborate closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives in enterprise and financial institutions throughout LatAm.
• Lead full‑cycle sales for deals of $500K+, from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Identify new enterprise opportunities, align product capabilities with market needs, and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales playbooks.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
• Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven record of closing deals of $500K+ and exceeding quotas.
• Deep understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
