Over de functie

Voor een bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in brandbeveiligingsapparatuur zoeken wij een gemotiveerde dame voor de afdeling Klantendienst en verkoop. De functie is gevestigd in een magazijn in het noorden van Guayaquil, sector La Alborada, en is fulltime.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Persoonlijk, telefonisch en per e‑mail klantcontact onderhouden.
Opstellen van proforma‑offertes en verkoopdocumenten.
Afhandelen van after‑sales service en opvolging van klantvragen.

Gewenst profiel

Afgeronde middelbare school (bachelor), bij voorkeur met een hoger onderwijsniveau.
Goede uitstraling en beschikbaarheid voor een volledige werkweek.
Ervaring met telefonische verkoop en het gebruik van sociale media is een plus.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Beheersing van het Microsoft Office‑pakket.
